At the bottom of this document will confirm your agreement with the content of this acknowledgment. Please double check the quote, business name, ship to address, and items on the quote.
A delay in the return of the signed copy or a request for a second confirmation may result in a delay of lead times.
Please note that an upcharge may be applied if you make more than five (5) changes.
In the event of price discrepancies, pricing from the Adornus Order Acknowledgment will prevail.
Adornus Cabinetry is not responsible for loading merchandise.
No Returns, no exchanges of open box, assembled cabinets, and made-to order cabinets.
Adornus Cabinetry is not responsible for assembled cabinet exchange due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer

All quotations will expire within 30 days of original creation date.
You and Adornus both agree to resolve disputes on by arbitration. This agreement does not allow class arbitration.
